Launch of “Save Charlie – a game for freedom of the press”

On the occasion of the World Day for freedom of the Press (3rd of May), Cazap invites you to discover an intense action game and to become an actor in the defense of journalists.

Save Charlie put you in the shoes of a cartoonist at work on his sketch. But the ink spilled on the desktop comes alive and attacks your hero, Charlie. Defend him against the monsters of censorship in an intense action game that requires lightning-fast fingers and nerves of steel. Tap, swipe, shake, and join the ranking of defenders of freedom of expression!

  • Play to support freedom of the press: 50% of the game profits go to the CPJ
  • Simple gestures to interact with a delirious pace
  • Editorial cartoon graphics
  • Information on freedom of expression in the world
  • Compare your scores with friends on 2 levels of difficulty

With journalists being killed and imprisoned in record numbers, in a year with unprecedented attacks on the press in many countries, we decided to step up and present a game that is both fun and useful, finding echo in real life thanks to the CPJ action. We hope that players will be sensitive to this approach: playing to shape a fairer world. If they do, we will continue and the remaining game profits will be used to create other games to support valuable causes.
